Learn how you can sign up and start today's workout of the day (WOD).

As mentioned above, Crossfit has a large variety of movements programmed into the regular classes. Before joining the regular classes, we recommend you join a free class to give you a sample of Crossfit and to assess your skill regarding the fundamental movements. These free classes are available on Saturday mornings at 11:00am – 12:00pm. After your assessment we can recommend you join one of the following programs.

ELEMENTS

Our Elements Course is top-notch – In 3 personal training sessions you will leave knowing proper and safe technique and good form, and confidence that you’re ready to join in our group classes.
“Elements” delivers on teaching and familiarizing you with the movements used in a group class, introduces you to workouts of increasing intensity and difficulty, and starts you on the path toward nutrition that will support fitness and health.

REGULAR CLASS

People can join the regular class if they have completed the Onramp or Fundamentals program in any Crossfit affiliate. If you have completed them from another gym we still require you to attend a free class for assessment before joining.
